Attorney emeritus, Josef Weixelbaum worked as a lawyer in Linz until 2019 – initially in partnership with Dr. Harry Zamponi († 1995). Additionally, Josef was a senior partner of several law firms until establishing his own solo practice in 2013. Moreover, he was a long-standing representative of the Austrian Bar, including holding the role of Deputy President of the Austrian Bar Association (ÖRAK). Josef is a proven legal expert in civil and criminal liability matters. He has represented both municipalities and public law institutions. As Of Counsel, Josef advises the firm on an ad hoc basis in selected cases.
